From a very young age Tia has had a passion for athletics. Her earliest years were spent running and biking on the dykes and trails of Richmond. As a young girl she enjoyed horseback riding, eventually moving into show jumping. As a teenager, Tia performed at a high level in 100m and 200m sprints, representing the Vancouver Olympic Club in local, provincial, and North American meets. Throughout high school, Tia was a member of her school basketball team. When not at the track or in the gym, Tia could be found sailing or windsurfing on English Bay.
For the past ten years Tia has been committed to sharing her passion for athletics and fitness with her clients. Initial assessment:
During this hour we will review your client questionnaire and goals. We will also take measurements, and weigh in so we can chart your progress. We finish off with movement analysis. Mandatory for all new clients

New program set up:
Have a program designed just for you. The information gathered at your initial assessment will be used to create a program that addresses your needs and desires. This is a program that you will follow on your own at your gym or at home.

Private session:
One-on-one session. Each session is one hour in length and includes warm up, work out, and post work out stretch.

Semi Private (up to 4 people):

This Class will take your cardio to new heights while allowing you to work at your own pace no matter your current fitness level. Starting with kickboxing basics and building from there, the combination of cardio, jabs, and kicks with instruction on proper technique will give your body that something extra you are looking for to take your training to the next level. We are excited to have Sensei Louisa Weizman and Sensei James Chartier teaching this important class. Both have multiple black belts and over 35 plus years of street smart self defence and martial arts training.
Join us, and learn effective and simple life saving techniques for the street, home, work and travel. Designed for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. There is light exercise and participation through self defence movements as well as theory. Attendees should wear stretchy or loose fitting clothes and comfortable foot wear.
